If you are going to make wild assumptions could just as easily postulate that someone has made a takeover offer for which you could also have an EGM.
Before anyone gets too excited about anything I am not suggesting that that is the case.
I am just pointing out that any “guess” should be considered in the light of the sentiment expressed by the person guessing.
Seems that no other shareholders have heard anything about an EGM either.
