1H result plus guidance is so bad they are replacing a 'key manager'.
Maybe including the boards dislike of penn's restructure.
penns restructure is what conroy tried to get thru his blackmail threats.
conroy threatens tls and sp collapses,penn now does what conroy wanted and shareholders go whoo hoo.
just my guess.
