Not saying TLS is about to soar, but comments such as yours are ignoring that stocks decline and then they start to rise again. Uncertainty always hurts stocks. I believe that uncertainty is going to be unwound. Soon.
It will be a better result than factored in because both parties want to deal.

Telstra- because they see an opportunity to offload their network and USO at a relatively favourable price, and then be able to concentrate on growth opportunities.
