As i was saying about 12 months ago... TLS is ex-growth.
Those analysts that were forecasting revenue growth of 5/7% have been proven to be absolutely wrong.
All their DCF models will have to be revised DOWN over the next months based on NEW growth assumptions.
But the real question should be:
How could analysts have got their assumptions so wrong???
It was so obvious that Mobiles and Data service were the drivers of TLS's revenue growth, and that these were reaching penetration rates that were near saturation.
How could they make 7% growth assumptions?
Based on what??? Did they really understand what the growth over the last five years were, and that they were ending??
It looks like $4.00 is now a real possibility over the coming months.
