I think the 25 Million is not compensation of any sort. I think it is the sales done over the past two years and the trailing commissions on those.

The sales from November onwards will be as per the new agreement of upfront comission structure. The sales until October will be as per the old structure and hence carry trailing commissions for the next 18 months. It is the sum of these trailing commissions which will add up to 25 million.

Having said that there would be windfall over the next 18 months in the form of trailing commissions while clocking upfront commissions on new sales.
