    Telstra just dont make any sense.
    I work in the mobile industry in the UK and they are moving away from upfront commissions to trailing commissions in order to tie the distributor's rewards to the performance of the connecting customer.

    Its not going to matter much and VTG get the benefit of an upfront cash payment.
