I think the government should look into this "unfair" business closely. The way they ignore and challenge the ASIC, the authority and move against regulator etc.
All this create hardship for mum and dad, and small investors. To be able to prevent the crash like "ION", "SGW", "ONE", "PAS" etc which influence thousands of australian family. Fair must be fair to all.
Another way of manipulate the market is lifting the margin suddenly (at once) without warning notice.
I think the government should look into this "unfair" business...
