I have been with Vodaphone for a long while for both Internet and phone services and as much as I dont have a huge complaint I certainly am not impressed with their coverage esp outside major cities but also within major cities.
My main reason for avoiding Telstra was price and customer service which has been appalling in the past.
So Mr Thodey, be competitive and get your customer service right and you will win back consumers in spades as you know you have the best network. Not that hard really.
My contract expires in November so I will reassess then.
Hope to see TLS back at $3.50 by xmas
