Dont forget that TLS is having the problems it is today because of Australian Govts of both kinds that didnt understand technology and didnt realise that the right time to get out of Govt owned telecom assets was 20 years ago, and also of course the terrible TLS management prior to the current management. It is only the current maangement that has dragged TLS kicking and screaming into the technologies of the 21st century.Previous managements and previous and current Govts have a lot to answer for.
It is little wonder that we are the only country in the world that is still trying to figure out a fundamental tax system, an industrial workplace system, a superannuation system, and the list goes on.Uneducated politicians and poor management, along with a very low level of real public debate will do this.
