Sure the 4 bill will disappear IF telstra dont replace it with something else. But i would think a "national not to 98% but to those customers that make economic sense to us and our shareholders" broadband network would more than qualify.
Done cheaper and quicker than "mr prescription for everything" Rudd could finish the actual tender process.
Telstra will have OZ rocking with wireless, anywhere you go 40 mb /sec BB before the next change of government. Then it wont matter what Conroy thinks will it?
