There are no games afoot. Telstra are now completely useless. I have wasted a half hour this morning trying to lodge a complaint on their website and the complaints section doesn't work. Just like the rest of Telstra. No-one there "works" it is apparent. There are no sinister share market plots here. I am assuming their complaints department is completely overloaded.
