I personally don't think it will go to 3.50$ on Price and Time alone, fundamentally its another story.
If price closes below 3.99 then its a new ball game. 3.99 was my yearly low target so i entered.
Whats occurring now, is a simple monthly start technique of price rotating to the new monthly 50% of 4.17, i'm trying to get out at 4.16 and then i'll leave it up to the gods.
I'll be a buyer now on any pullbacks where i see fit, but as price is still trading below its previous Qrt, then this rise is will be hitting resistance around 4.30.
