I seem to recall a cost base of 362.5p [TLW.L closing price on 10Jan2007] for my new Tullow shares I got for my HDR; don't forget we had our total hdr shares in the Scheme divided by 4.4865 to get the number of TLW sh's we got; or inversely one HDR sh was worth .22289 TLW shares. and also the pound:Au$ conversion rate for that 362.5p to aussie cents back then was 1 : 2.5 but it's less than 1:2 now.
So 1240p X .22289 = 276.4p for one hdr sh today
which at 2:1 conversion today is about AU$5.50
back then that 276.4p would have been worth AU$6.91
feel free to correct me at will sailorgirl as I don't have the big Scheme booklet at hand
