Are you saying that the isotope supplier also chelates the isotope to the targeting molecule(s)? I thought that CU6 does that itself.

Regarding Cu64, yes it comes from PETNET Solutions for the trials. AFAIK CU6 hasn't said who will be the commercial supplier of Cu64.
