The supply agreement announced on the 14 of July last year states the supply agreement is for a five year period, as much as they require.
The company that may acquire CU6 can set up a facility (or more) in 18 months. For a cost of approx $15 million.
Clarity also have released a supply agreement on the 22 Aug 2022 with Evergreen theronostic from Springfield USA.
