TLX Chart

I was asked to look at TLX on another forum by someone looking for a breakout a few weeks back. The break out failed as I suspected but the overall chart pattern here is a very nice one. Normally I don’t see too many charts where not long after the initial offering that there is an overall increase on price. When this happens there tends to be a pretty heavy push upwards over all, often its followed by a fall, but im talking multi year. The initial push may triple the price on this. This is of course connection, but I bring this up because you seem to be at a decision point right now. In pink I’ve drawn the flag that has formed indication the indecision zone. This will likely need to play out until the end of the year until the flag resolves it self. So far, given the high flag mast, the last rush to meet support at the flat blue line, and the repeated touches on the upsloping trend line, this has all the indications that this could have a longer run up. I have a smaller down sloping trendline which is be the next target for it to break.
The price at the moment hasn’t pulled back much below the 20 week moving average so far and as long as it keeps above it or at least close to it, i would suspect another attack on the1.80 mark.
Wait for the price to recover above1.375 and close above it on the weekly. Keep an eye on the 1.25 level because this could indicate a failure of the flag and a drop to 1.00 and a change in overall trend direction.
I will keep an eye on this because I looks like it has potential to perform.
