Yes if POC is dropping then it makes sense if Instos are averaging down. Shaking branches by selling into weakness triggering the odd stop.
I use the Vol by price chart as well and you don't see it being shared much on threads. With hi-frequency trading the bots manipulate Bars. Sometimes you see a huge volume red down bar on the 10 or 15 minutes but when you take a look on the minute you see it was mostly buying. Vol by price shows what's really going on, especially short term.
