A quarterly update on this weekly TLX chart setup.
The previous analysis at the end of the December quarter ( Post#71672377 ) saw medium-term indicators moving up off well oversold positions, with the MACD histogram approaching a cross-over to the positive. An impending strong upward movement was suggested by comparable historical price patterns.
At the time, a forward projection of the established price trend channel at average +89% annual growth indicated a $19 minimum by the end of CY2024.
Movements in the March quarter confirmed the anticipated above-average price growth. The 46% increase from $10.08 then to current $14.75 places TLX on track to easily achieve the projected $19 end-of-year target minimum, provided its historical growth rate can be maintained. At this time price movements are well ahead of that projection, and medium-term indicators are effectively neutral.
The several potential drivers of the business outlined in last week’s Quarterly Update should support continuation of the high price growth rate that the chart displays.
