it would take a single fund several weeks or more to accumulate and become a substantial shareholder here.
TLX is extremely underowned
70% owned by top 20
and 80% owned by people with more than about 100,000 shares
a proportion of the other 20% probably gets flicked around and profit takers
and thats for domestic fund managers.
gawd help them should an OS fund want 5%
and add in natural growth by index funds which have to increase their weightings.
