to answer your question , I buy when I percieve good value , irrespective of what I have bought / sold beforehand.
Throw into the mix that I hold plenty of stocks , so just because it is good value , doesnt necessarily mean TLX is where I will buy..
Hence , atmo , sub $10 is probably where I will get interested otherwise there are other equally compelling opportunities. ( imo ).
