Interesting thinking and analysis. If this one is as good as we all think then it might be worth buying in a SMSF and holding, holding, holding...that way the maths change, although if it will be several years for you then there's every chance governments will change the rules and steal whatever you've saved (just as the current government is proposing with the tax on "notional gains" - not that it will hurt me, but the stupidity of taxing on sales not yet made is unbelievable and demonstrates super is a honeypot for governments).
Regardless, Telix is such a quality stock that I really go with the "time in the market" approach.
