As i mentioned in a post a few days back option holders in Telezon will be issued with brand new replacement options exercisable at 2.0 cents. The issue of the new options will be totally free to old option holders and is subject to shareholder approval.
I cannot imagine any shareholders not being in favour. All in all a very nice gesture from the company. I have not heard of it happening before. The offer will not be made to directors of the company.
No expiry date for the options has been announced as yet.
