You need to understand as 'non executive' he's not responsible for any decisions being made within the company or whether decisions are carried out. What don't you understand in my post? Potash has soared to over $562 USD per tonne up $155% from 12 months ago. It's little wonder BHP are now focussing on potash. TMG are onto a good thing
