Im sure they dont want a hostile TO and anyway Lrv wouldnt be in a position to do it for at least 2 years . However there are clearly some good synergies between the 2 of them . They would have a huge resource between them , enough to supply the West for quite some time , they are geographically in the same area and Lrv has a plant that can easily be expanded , it seems to me that some kind of jv agreement is the fastest and cheapest way for Tmg to be processing their resource
