I'm not too concerned with the SOI for a pre revenue company it does not really matter because insto level people ( the ones who ARE concerned with SOI ) aren't going to be looking at a mongolian coal seem gas gamble anyway.
Oyu Tolgoi is very interesting but i think they are going to build a coal power station nearby to supply it. The tender is out but there has been some drama.
