I don't think that the way a bad debt is magnified to affect revenue is being "appreciated".

will try to set out what I mean.
When Sales revenue is booked say $1mil . Then within 7 days the Associate/blogger is paid 80% $800,000 and TMP has a 20% Commission. ie on a $1mil Sale/Revenue TMP gets $200g "Gross Profit".
However when $1mil revenue is Bad Debt, TMP has paid out to Associate $800,000 that TMP has to cover.

For TMP at 20% commission to cover $800g that needs $4mil Revenue to give $800g commission.

I'm assuming that a Bad Debt does NOT trigger having the Associate pay back their 80% which I think is the Case. No it's TMP's problem not the Associates so
A Bad Debt "wipes" some 5 times itself off TMP Revenue "profit". This one took Xmas/December month revenue off the bottom line.
Not only $1mil in bad debt but an additional $800grand out of cash to the Associate raised by other commission on $4mil sales.

IMO Management not only has to announce recovery or not of this debt but also that their system has been "jigged" to prevent it happening again.
I've rebought a small parcel but IMO this is the "capping" factor in operation here that needs clarification/sorting out.
