Just got off the phone to Keiren Hutchinson at Ernst & Young. He will send out a form, he did mention he has received a lot of letters from Shareholder requesting to be creditor.

He also mentioned that the receivers are having trouble selling TMR assets, and it looks like there will be a poor outcome for secured creditors, let alone unsecured creditors (us). Seems there is not going to be enough money to pay all the debts once everything is sold. Not the best time to be selling anything out there.

He said the ATO issue is a common misconseption and don't believe what you read in the paper.

He did say the sharp and fast fall in metal prices had a lot to do with TMR failure - they were in a vulnerable position.

I will still be persuing to become a Creditor, and will keep you posted on whatever else I hear.
