I would have thought are best hope is that there was still some big players in the top 20 shareholders. If i remember correctly Merrill Lynch were somewhere near the top. If someone like that backed with expensive lawyers can become recognized as creditor then doesn't that automatically make all other shareholders entitled to the same status.
I feel that's were the greatest hope lies. But weight of number may still have a good effect.
