TMS Capital feature VOC amongst favourites, page-2

Talking about rating;
Two days ago Vocus was upgraded from Accumulate to Buy by Morningstar due to price.
Last night they downgraded it back to Accumulate on a re-rating. They consider there a risks of a "culture clash" having a debilitating effect on the company, and have increased the uncertainty rating to High from Medium.
Fair value down from $8.5 to $7.4, it would now have to get to $4.44 before it would be upgraded to buy by them due to price.
Yesterday i thought i picked the bottom at $5.25, less confident after that re-rating, but no regrets.
