I'm only having a bit of a guess, but as Corby's says he hopes first payments from the NRE's are early/mid next year, them I'm expecting the agreement would be before that eg. by end of this year early next. As the NRE payment & IP revenue s see to be intertwined, according to Corby, then it's possible the detail could be in the Ann with the NRE details., But just how much detail could be dictated by commercial in confidence, etc.
