Can't fault your strategy. I've sat on the fence too with a few companies who have had rights issue's. Managed to pick up on market when share price has dropped to the discounted rate.

I believe there has been plenty of momentum past 5 months with adequate updates. Too close to first revenue (within 12 months?) for me to pull out now.
