    incorrect mate approvals for all mid year .. streamlined enviros is 2 years mate. that's ur best case! lol it's taken us 3.5... some enviro studies require monitoring over all seasons unless the gov can streamline time and being closer to the population I dare say you might face more scrutiny ... can't believe ur still a fanboy after that BFS! you have to be Vince in disguise?

    I'll make a wager AVLs next move is a BFS version 2 and you will still be waving the pom poms
