Hey @Teddy626 The TMT DFS was released on the 21st August 2019 so if you can't work out the elapsed time (24th july 2022 - 21st August 2019) is less than THREE years let alone the four years old DFS you stated, without considering the other words you used in your question, then your credibility is shot old mate.
but none the less, I will answer the gist of your question
Ian has said they are not going to do a BFS. They currently have long lead items out for tender and when the board gives the FID go ahead (scheduled for this year) he will go straight to placing the orders and pay deposits from the cash in bank we already have. Ian said they are seeking contract ready tenders.
