federal major project status means didley squat just ask TNG holders.. both TMT and AVL have WA lead agency support which is more important and relevant . no matter what support they have AVL will need to provide all the necessary studies so no shortcuts there. minimum late 2023 they will get approval and that's for the mine and CMB plant site. the v205 plant will require a seperate one? have they started it? you might want to check with management that could be years away.
TNG had the seperate process plant idea! they didn't commence EIS until minesite EIS was granted.. ended up being rejected now they are back to having the process plant at the minesite with 2-3 years and millions waisted!
