As far as comps go, tmt has a far superior capital structure, by a country mile, a strategic cornerstone investor (rcf) which is a huge endorsement, and a tight register.

As far as upcoming news, the combined dfs will hopefully deliver improved metrics despite general inflation impacting capex and opex. Beyond that naif involvement could really push this along. It isn't a huge capex ticket.

Re ilmenite, it is a fairly small and concentrated market with incumbents who have access to kilns to produce synthetic rutile. As a feed stock the variability in price doesn't really lend itself to attributing too much value. Metrics will be interesting, with and without byproduc credits.
