The $740 per tonne for titanium in that article appears to be an average for ilmenite and rutile sales. Since TMT has only ilmenite, I think the number should be US$300 - US$400 per tonne. That range seems to be consistent with recent media articles.
So 160,000 tonnes x $400 = US$64m. That's still equates to a ~ US$2/lb reduction of the opex for V2O5 production.
