Agreed. NAIF have apparently only put out ~3-5% of their budgeted amount according to Katter. He calls them a dismal failure for not actually investing in anything.
$60-70m wouldn't be a stretch from NAIF. They're probably waiting until more of the offtake is converted or under MOU to commit.
