    Seems like potentially dodgy doings in the background to prime an easy takeover.
    i had icar Asia and they got sold out totally to a private equity firm.
    quite possible the EPA is compromised and being paid off in bitcoins (new cash) to hold up the process and send us down for an easy takeover
