With the SP at 22c, it's like asking TMT holders if they would like to buy 12 AVL shares for 22c, or 1.8c each, and there's still only lukewarm interest. I wonder what will happen if the merger goes through and significant numbers of TMT holders decide to dump their AVL shares at the start ? The AVL SP will most likely collapse. That's why the offer needs to include a cash payout option for TMT holders.
