    So let them do an extraordinary meeting AFTER the Teddie .
    Why offer even a remote chance for a selected few to profit hugely from a cheap and shareholder-endorsed raise before the merge ?

    Some here claim the ratio of 12:1 is unfair yet by this vote the company wants to set a possibility that some may get to claim 20 or even 24 AVL shares for one fresh new TMT share?
