Exploration company or not - (with an emphasis on not!) if the resolutions are passed it seems the board would have shareholder endorsement to place a substantial number of shares on the day after the meeting at a steeply discounted price to what TMT has traded at for years.
Do you think such a move - which it states would not be open to all shareholders - would be fair ?
Let it hold an EGM if the merger falls over and it suddenly needs cash.
