that is why if a revised offer doesnt come through I am happy to sit and wait.
In saying that, I think the merger offers both sets of shareholders value if the TMT mine is adopted with the AVL downstream initially, and then the AVL deposit is used later. This makes sense as the TMT approvals are much further advanced (as is the AVL downstream processing), and with **anithia neither TMT or AVL get the low OPEX V/Titanium credits that TMT have at Yarrabubba. Yarrabubba V into AVL downstream for 7-8 years while a combined **anithia pit is restudied and permitted makes a lot of sense.
Come on AVL, revise an offer somewhere between 16-20 to 1 and lets all crack on with it
