Has anyone looked into recent similar mergers?

There was a similar one semi-recently where Gold Road was acquiring DGO with shares.

The original offer was 2.16 shares which was a 20% premium of the most recent closes of each.

This was improved to 2.25 shares which was a 25% premium.

This would be the equivalent of us being offered 13.11 shares and then improving it to 13.66 shares.

I've based this on the prices prior to the announcement because the announcement has destroyed us. You just have to look at the volume kick up that day to see the negative effect it has had. We would of course have slid a bit regardless but people are selling as a direct result of this farce.

Hopefully we can do a bit better than that and shoot for 16.
