I wouldn't be in a hurry to read more into this than it's simply someone deciding the current state of TMT lies outside their risk tolerance given the overall macro market jitters..
People deciding someone knows something they don't based on SP fluctuations often seems to spark selling and offer buying opportunities for the bold.
