    IMO for a takeover of TMT if I am the buyer (e.g. AVL) keep the SP low so I don't pay more than I have to. I may be stating the obvious but if RCF invests more money in TMT we start heading back towards 40-50c range very quickly, with the buyer then having to outlay more for the TO.
