Given;
•the $10+m raise money now banked (or already being spent!)
• the experience of the board
• the past delays (presumably giving everyone plenty of time to get on with stuff)
• the clear evidence of recent positive interaction with representatives for the local Yagunga-Nya group via photos and comment on twitter, and in recent presentations
• plus the Independent Review currently underway to satisfy potential off-take partners
I think it would be surprising if the EPA requirements had been neglected, so hopefully there will be news sooner than EOFY!
As Ian Prentice said last week (24/05/23) to Mining.com;
“This is the important stage where all the pieces of the puzzle come together to get the project to construction” ….
EPA is the next piece that needs to be clicked into place?
