hey mate correct ERD is due to be submitted this quarter, how long will it take to approve? previous guidelines show about 3 months to full approval allowing time for the EPA to review and then write a report recommending approval for the minister to sign off.

only thing I wonder if all that additional time between ERD being submitted and EPA writing reports is assuming the ERD gets over the line on the first attempt

let's say the previous two version of the ERD which is likely a 300-400 page document has already been reviewed in detail by the epa does it need to be fully reviewed in its entirety again or will they only need to address the additional information component?meaning they don't need 2 months to review and write a report.

do they also start on writing part of their report from
information gathered in the previous ERDs on the items they are happy with. surely they don't just knock it back and start the review from scratch every time but then again it is a gov department...

anyways worst case expect 3 months from submission.

as for the new model I believe it's due this quarter.
