The difference is that you seem to believe every single thing TMT say without question.

They need to be questioned because nothing has changed, except our shares have been diluted, and the SP has fallen, in the last 2 years.

Nothing.Has.Changed.

TMT are still a bunch of very well paid people with a claim to a parcel of land, and have not gotten one TANGIBLE step closer to getting anything of value out of that land.

Someone called this an 'echo-chamber of denial' - they would be spot on at this moment.

The Next quarter makes or breaks this whole venture.

Timelines have slipped badly here. The "Integration study" containing the financial model was supposed to be completed a year ago, along with environmental approvals, but we are still waiting for both. The "development decision" was supposed to be in H2 2022. Right now, its not clear to me when any of these important steps are going to be finalised.

Since the "integration study" has not been completed, this suggests that they are not able to progress project financing.
