Absolutely agree with the lack of interest. However, this can move and move fast if the market gets a whiff of something happening. It has happened a couple times but then it tapers off and the price eventually falls back. When demand for shares pops up the sell side completely disappears. Lots of the large sell orders sitting 10 cents above the current price will be pulled.

I've said it a few times, I believe the EPA signing off will be the biggest mover here. It's going nowhere without it. The thing is because it's such an unknown and with how tight lipped TMT has been since the beginning we could have an announcement on a random day of the week with no warning saying the project is approved. But, we could also go months with no information.

TMT has potential finance lined up in multiple options but I'm sure a requirement is EPA approval. I think it will be a snow ball effect and it will progress quickly post EPA approval.
