I've said it a few times, I believe the EPA signing off will be the biggest mover here. It's going nowhere without it. The thing is because it's such an unknown and with how tight lipped TMT has been since the beginning we could have an announcement on a random day of the week with no warning saying the project is approved. But, we could also go months with no information.

TMT has potential finance lined up in multiple options but I'm sure a requirement is EPA approval. I think it will be a snow ball effect and it will progress quickly post EPA approval.

Any potential financier would be asking the same questions that are being asked here - what are the final numbers in the "financial model". They would not offer anything until these details are known (and that means released to the market).
